Dr. Cynthia R. Wright

 

​Attorney Wright received her law degree from George Washington University in 1992.  She received her Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Science & Engineering from the University of Alabama at Huntsville in 2013.

Attorney Wright has a diversified practice that includes prosecuction and appeals of patents and trademark applications, representation of parents and grandparents in divorce and child custody matters, Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings, assisting those that have been injured or are disabled to get the Social Security benefits they are entitled to receive, and helping small companies and individuals effectively handle IRS issues including unfiled taxes and Offers in Compromise.

On June 15, 2017 I had kidney stone surgery.  I had three Social Security Disability hearings on June 16, 2017.  I didn't continue any of them because my clients needed their disability that bad.  It worked out.  ALL THREE WERE APPROVED FOR BENEFITS!  I had one client awarded approximately $80,000.00 in backpay.  Right Call.  A good day for the little guy.

Represented client that did not file state income taxes for six years.  Client should have owed approximately $30,000.00 in back taxes plus fees and interest.  Beat the Dept. of Revenue in Court.  My client's tax liability was thrown out of court.  My client does not owe any state income tax.  A good day for the little guy.
